What is your lead time?
Production time varies based on the models, qty and other requirements In general, production time between 1-3 weeks plus ship time. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Rush shipping is 2-3 business days
Can you rush an order?
Yes, most item has RUSH service available. Notes that price will be different for rush service.
Where do I send my artwork?
Simply reply and attach it to your order confirmation e-mail and we’ll take it from there. You can also send it to service@creativeinfluence.com.

Do you have samples?
Random non-working samples are provided free of charge. Random working power bank samples are provided at $5 each. We require $5/sample shipping charge, or a valid shipper account number.
Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is via FedEx, UPS or DHL at cost based on the level of service you require to get your merchandise on time: Standard service or Rush service.
How much is the shipping?
"FREE". Our quoted price includes shipping to 1 US location. A $50 shipping charges will apply per US location.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Please request a custom quote for it.
Refunds & Cancellations
What are the terms for order cancellation?
In the event of order cancellation once an order has been placed, you are liable for any charges incurred up to date of order cancellation. Minimum order cancellation charge is 30% of the order value. If an order is cancelled after it has been completed but has not yet shipped, the customer is liable for the merchandise and disposition of the merchandise.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will only be issued if the following two conditions are met: 1) We did not follow the order and/or art instructions and made a clear error in either product supplied or artwork supplied (wrong logo). 2) All merchandise has been returned, tested and accepted as defective by us before refund processing.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with my order?
We try to assure our customers are satisfied so we will work with you to address any concerns you may have. We are unable to provide refunds simply because the product did not meet expectations. If you have concerns about the final product, we are able to provide samples, proofs, and pre-productions physical samples to assure you are happy with the item prior to production of a complete order. Once the pre-production proof is approved and order is delivered, the order must be paid in full and is non-returnable.
